No promotion policy There is no gaining knowledge nobody wants to adopting updated working culture. There were nothing extra curriculum and enthusiastic activities. Strict timing Demotivating working culture. There no work satisfaction.

Work life balance maintain and job security.colony available for bachlor and family.

Dislikes

Salary is very low and promotion is not comes after many years service. Company not provide A.C. bus . Not give bonus in diwali Or not give performance award.

1.Petrochemical Industry 2.Excellent for beginners to start their carrer (Vadodara Unit) has good exposure to all major process equipments and process. 3. Documentation. 4. Safety& Maintenance.

Dislikes

1. Salary is disappointing not increases even if you stay for more than 5 years w.r.t other companies. 2. If you plan to spend Initial 2 years of your career then good but not worth to spend more. 3. Management behaviour is Worst and not knowledgeable and do lot of micromanagement.

...ou as technician and at starting you have to work like you are rigger or worker. Salary is very very very low. I'll suggest to not join this company as diploma mechanical engineer.

Job security at nirma is very good.rules are libral higher authorities behave better if we compare other industries in same field.
