While seeing all the comments i felt these are not a genuine review. You will never get salary on time. They never respect employees. If you join as a a Fresher no salary for 6 months after that you will get INR 4k.

Even no response was getting from company head and HR about salary or any doubts. To be jobless is good but don't join this organization. Mostly They deployed at client location. Good work culture. Nippon HR and salary structure are very good.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
