Company Is good , but big politics here , not rewarded here for hard worker, only appreciate here only buttering people's

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 30 days before which you cannot resign.

Same product rate is high We All Salesman Told to your Sir but nothing Happen in rate that why (No one gives me order all are saying other company rate is low and your company rate is high first do something in rate and than come to shop)
