Infrastructure is good

Dislikes

The working culture is bad .The salary is late , the HR is worst , deduction of salary over petty reasons, the women ready to give personal benefits are promoted without qualifications, given perks , basically they are interested in inspections money from students.Lots of politics groupism.

There is nothing to like in Nims... management is worst

Dislikes

Set up of medical college is worst. You will never get salary on time. No increment. No vacations. When you will resign they will not give you last 2 month of salary plus they will make you beg for experience letter.

Very bad experience. Management doesn't respect the right and hard working people. Lot of internal politics and not clear about the payments. They keep the pending dues so high that the employee feels being stuck and helpless. Worst place to work.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
