Worst thing in company is if any employee got a better opportunity in other company with good package .the company will not allowed to relieve and the will comprise with lower percentage of increment. The most worst thing is company will give increment to senior who will not work and will not come to site regularly also at the same time. I faced this experience recently.

Company is good, pay scale is good at the time of joining but appraisals are very low... Seniors and management people are very sycophant by nature.. They will get you out from the company at any time for their personal agenda...

In Nilkamal, you can work like free. You have freedom to work and keep going up. You will definitely get success.

Incentive process need to revise. There should be reward for every employee who has achieved the goal.

Work atmosphere was very good at Nilkamal also always appreciated by management though less support and cooperation from team as transparency level was lesser. Yes the company policies were good enough with appreciation but the department head and Manager would not put forth our hardships to the management n only add our feathers to their caps and shine in the eyes of the management. During the lockdown period of lockdown I was asked to quit from my seventeen years of service and am jobless now n finding it too difficult to find another opening with the bad market situation.

Such an approach by the company was never expected during such a time of covid.
