Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Where in this we get more knowledge about test on the material like sand, aggregates, cament, bitumin and also testing and strength of the cubes we have all necessary instruments in this company.., and also working with Government engineers gives good knowledge and experience.

Good work environment and culture. Team-mates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary and personally good working experience on this company.
