...s not even a proper company—just a startup with no structured policies in place. The salary is extremely low, yet the workload and pressure are overwhelming. The work environment is highly unprofessional, with people more interested in gossiping and making personal remarks rather than focusing on work. Regardless of what you may be going through personally, your private life becomes a subject of jokes and unnecessary discussions. The current HR, Aqsa Khan, is ineffective. She lacks basic communication skills and makes employees go through unnecessary hassle for even the smallest tasks. Office politics is rampant, with people holding grudges and targeting others constantly. This startup offers no real benefits apart from transport, making it a complete waste of both career opportunities and time. There are far better companies out there that provide a professional work culture, strong policies, better facilities, and competitive salaries. Don't waste your valuable time here.

Working at Niju Business Solutions was the worst experience of my career. If you value your sanity, professionalism, and work-life balance, stay as far away from this company as possible. First off, management is completely incompetent. They have no clue how to run a business or treat employees with basic respect. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and expected to be available 24/7 without any appreciation or compensation. Nepotism is rampant, with promotions given to friends and family rather than qualified individuals. The work environment is toxic—constant micromanagement, impossible deadlines, and zero support from leadership. HR is useless, complaints go ignored, and anyone who dares to speak up is either bullied or fired. The company culture is a joke. They pretend to care about employees, but in reality, all they care about is squeezing as much work out of you as possible before you burn out and quit. No benefits, no growth opportunities, and certainly no respect for employees' personal lives. If you’re considering working here, RUN. It’s not worth the stress, the mental exhaustion, or the complete lack of job satisfaction. Worst company ever.

No job security, you don’t know someone can talk with management & they will fire you without any explanation… you always feel insecure while working here… they can give u salary cut any time without any justification

Whole lot of politics. Fire you for no reason at all. Worst senior management. They don't even share with you what happened. They don't respond to calls. The senior management thinks they are everything. Employees are workhorses in the company.
