They easily provide wfh and leave if you want. They also understands your situation and accordingly they will assign you the work. This company also provides you both side cab facilities.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Very less salary, even on higher positions. No practical learning. Even they didn't value their own experience. Besides a long term bond is their to trap you. A simple issue with management can cost you your career. Bond is their tool to punish.
