My two years at NIHT were a nightmare, culminating in them refusing to pay me about ₹7500 for my last week of work. They lied, claiming I'd used all my leave when I had plenty left. I've emailed and texted my boss Mr. Angshuman Sett and CEO Prosit Paul repeatedly, demanding an explanation, but they've ignored me and made empty promises. They're essentially stealing from me. Beyond the pay issue, the work culture at NIHT is incredibly toxic. It's riddled with petty politics and a generally awful atmosphere. NIHT's management is dishonest, disrespectful, and creates a truly toxic work environment. If you're thinking about working here, run far away. They don't value their employees and will try to screw you over any chance they get. Don't make the same mistake I did.

...good place to work and learn. Management are very cooperative and supportive. Salary on time and there is no overtime. You will get evening snacks every day and an office party every month.

Office time 6 days in a week however Saturday is a half day till 3 PM

I don't need to say more. But they should treat their employees like a human being not like an animal. We all are educated and got the job as per our qualification.

No job security as such they will call one day and tell you that we are canceling employment. No freedom to express oneself and mix with colleagues. They will term it has a behavioural issue with the collegaues if you want to talk or clarify something with your fellow team mate .Unorganized structure where one person is managing every department of digital marketing ranging from social media organic to paid media. Busy manager with less time to listen to team problems. I would not suggest anyone to join this company more so if you are less experienced or fresher in paid media.

Best place for learning. Very frank behavior of the seniors. There is a lot to learn from NIHT. If you have a 5 years plan like you want to become a digital marketing manager, NIHT is the best place for you to start your career. I am happy to get an internship at NIHT.
