There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign.

Terrible in job security, good in work culture, good in management, better in company in policies in benefits, no hike in salary, no promote in position only general shift no rotational shift i want night shift comfortable to me.
