I like the timings, 9:30 to 5:30, you need to work only 7.5hours a day, 30 mins for lunch. In Covid they lockdown situation we were given freedom for WFH. and after that now we have flexible timings options but need to cover 8hours in office.

Dislikes

talking about india office management. they are not cooperative, they just want to prove their higher management that they are saving money and managing everything good, but actually they are not supporting Indian employees, they keep on roling unclear policies. for example in Covid lockdown some employees were stuck in home and could not join office and their salaries were cut without even notifying them.
