Company is best interms of work life balance. You will get your salary in time and sometimes before time. You only have a option to work from home. If you are dedicated person your job is secure. Company understand the personal problems and grant leaves accordingly. Nextbee co-operate with employee.

Dislikes

There are no official holidays apart from 1st January and christmas. If you need leave you will have to apply but again there is no issue in applying holidays. You will be paid. Since the work is always from home you will miss office ambiance, party, get-together etc. You must be experience in order to get hired.

Nothing to like about. Initial compensation is good.

Dislikes

No growth at all. CEO doesn't know direction. No insurance, PF benefits. No holidays ( neither India nor usa holidays). Professionalism is not there. Pathetic work culture and environment. Don't trust their words, they will lie about lot of the things until you join, after joining only you will get to know the reality.

No job security, contract basis job. Don't trust if they say it's FTE role, read the appointment letter and you'll realise it's contract only. CEO is brainless fellow, needs to improve his leadership skills. Work culture the very toxic. Zero appreciation from management and seniors. You will not get any opportunity to grow your skills. Don't join this worthless organisation.
