It’s a very do your thing kinda place so you may feel quite at home. There’s always liberty to run classes in your own way and even make ch ages to stuff

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Salty and appraisals are quite disappointing. Retention is really focused on. No training for teachers

I like that there is no particular dress code and employees can wear what they want as long as it is not objected by the parents.

Dislikes

The shocking absence of an honest approach to education and the presence of overzealous-overconfident, overtly experimentative and yet overrated below-mediocre people.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
