Not promote purely in sociales

In short...full of politics in H.O, 3rd class management and rude behaviour with employees, no incentives, no job security,They open store at very cheap rented place and after that there is tons of sales pressure they put on their managers. No initiative taken for sales promotion from company side all have to do it by their manager headache.

Dislikes

One of the worst management i have seen in my 20 years retail career.
