... experience. Lots of scope of learning new technologies. Open minded management. Other good things are Timely salary, yearly hike to all employees and half yearly hikes to deserving employees. Overall a very good experience. But some times projects lacks proper vissions and inaccurate estimations which at the end goes to non billable extra hours

Few projects lacks proper estimations and ends up with lot of non billable extra hours

One good thing about netwoven was really good colleagues, salary comparing to other company in kolkata is good.

Dislikes

Poor management, very slow development, old technology and overall no job security after hard works. Only good for those who are good bootlickers to the management.

I like the office ambiance very much. Enjoy working with very supportive, well behaved and caring colleagues. When I joined Netwoven everything I found to be pretty interesting and exciting but day by day such things are getting changed with a deterioration in the satisfaction level.
