Flexible 8 hrs, decent compensation par market standards

No teamwork, very less coding for developers, usage of company specific tools, zero documentation of code, lack of mentorship, guidance, knowledge transfer about product, being unassigned to projects for months, expectation of 100% output from beginners from very start, lunch/cafeteria not up to mark

...s no guaratee. career growth also depends on your project it is very less here. salary and appraisal is average. travel is most for BA. you will learn about product only. work environment is good. work life balance is ok.

Salary structure is nice. No problem of variable amount. Leave policy is good. Job security is a concern. If you are performing well then it's good otherwise you have to go.
