Work life balance is ok. Provides good salary for new joiners.

Lot of politics in Indian management. Whole top management is Russian, so lot of times Indian employees are not trusted by them and have less opportunity and growth compared to Russian employees. There is no cab service by company, neither do they reimburse cab bills. Only reimburse fuel cost for your travel but that also comes with tax deduction. There are just no office parties or any celebrations Gifts they give on special occasions are very cheap. No yearly bonuses. Their so called quarterly awards involve lot of politics and it's not based on real performance of an employee.

Good product and people are sound in technology. Good pay as per market only at time of joining Not sure about increment and promotion

Dislikes

they don't welcome you and don't explain basic stuff of thier product. I got cuss words in return for asking multiple time

They give good package while hiring. Good work life balance in some projects. They are kind enough to give 2 months salary while firing

Dislikes

Zero job security. Silent firing. No proper appraisal discussions. They will not let you know their expectations on you. Instead they complain to higher management on your performance. Zero hikes. No technical growth.

The only Pros is that they give good salary while joining

1. Very Bad Company Culture. Most of the team will have Russians managers and they are very outdated and only want Russians in their team. 2. Managers only want yes-man in their team, and not open to feedback of their subordinates. 3. All the decisions are made in Russia and it is for their benefits. 4. Huge communication gap between Indians and Russians 5. Managers get seriously irritated when employees take sick leave 6. At the time of joining they promise quarterly appraisal, but there is nothing like this. it is just a trap to lure good employees. 7. Discrimination towards Indian employees, basically if you get russian manager then there is high chance they will not trust you and will have very unrealistic expectations. 8. Very Little learning as if you are from India you will get unimportant tasks which will not benefit in your learning 9. Working style is very old as no one in top management is aware of new technology in the market 10. Managers heavily rely on legacy codes, and don't want to make efforts and improve the code base. 11. Although the work policy is hybrid(2 days ofc, 3 days WFH), they will force you to come to ofc every day as Russians had to travel to India for work so they want every team member to come to ofc daily.
