...ice remuneration than person who is consistently serving since your last tenure. Composition/salary structure changes every year, you will not able to know what will be your take-home in next year. New system or process adoption resistance by management is high.

They give good salary hike but due to variable pay system at the end of month cradit salary is lower than your net monthly payment. There is no bonus system.
