...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

As an intern in that company, there is immense things to learn and explore but I don't find any scope as an employee over there.

People will never appreciate or see your capability and push you forward.You have to make your move multiple times.

Its not a Private limited Company its LALA Company where directors and partner not bother to look company situation they only focus on profit. very poor management who raised voice against management that person harassment by his/her senior and unwillingly resigned.no proper software and system even after 5 year old company. some people come for his/her advantage only for Growing his/her benefits and after 2-3 years they left company.

I worked as a finance intern for 6months. Overall a great learning experience. Work atmosphere is good. Colleagues are friendly and professional. Good experience
