This MNC's management is changing into micromanagement with too much of interference into their employees' lives & work. They do not let employees to work in their own style rather try every possibility to make them work as puppets under them. The training programs have become nil now hence giving very less scope for them to improve. Frequent change in the management's statement & guidelines create huge miscommunication & confusion among the system.

... during my start of career.Learned lot of things.employees are fully supportive.Salary offered by Nestle is far better than offered by competitors.

Pay scale is good.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Manager calls even on holidays and sundays. Shouts and creates mental pressure during festival holidays also. Meeting is scheduled even after working hours, late night at 10 pm till 1 am. All the work which is supposed to be done by the manager he wants us to do it.

Good pay, continuously training is provided.

Dislikes

Complicated rating system, which can be easily twisted by management. Old ideologies and old methods of working. They give no room to do any mistake. Meetings are also set up on Sundays and no timing is considered. 8 pm 9 pm 10 pm meeting ending times are normal.

Toxic culture, no work life balance, too much pseudo work, everything is a priority apart from the basic job, biased management, more showoffs rather than actual/practical scenarios.
