Dislikes

Job roles not fixed, can shift to any work role any time, due to lack of manpower and budget limitations have to work on administrative jobs as well. Salary hike and evaluation are not good. Leave policy not good.

Likes

Working atmosphere is good but there is no chance of growth at all. The senior engineers with 8-10 years of work experience are still roaming around 14000-20000 salary without any increment.

Dislikes

The most thing i dislike about Nesco is the company timing. No holidays are given except the sundays. No increment in salaries and zero chance of growth.

In ICU 6 hrs ka duty pattern. Management was very excellent....also good security......food and travelling also good....... also experience staff , doctor s n nurse's..... everything was good....

There is no politics.......

-The Staff is co workers are humble and polite as the employee strength is not very high. -Exact number people for each department. -Less Hirachy and discussion level.

Dislikes

-No job security -Your every breath,Sip of water & footstep is monitored. Typical cubicle culture is strictly followed. -Looks and feels like a MTNL office. Infrastructure needs to be worked up.

Likes

I like their work culture. Everyone in a company are so welcoming. Teamwork is absolutely good which we usually don't see in most of the organizations.

Dislikes

I was intern there and I had a capability to become permanent employee but still they wanted me also with the rest of the interns to take sabbatical leave during this pandemic so I have realized that they don't value people who are actually loyal to the work.
