Don't believe by its work culture, there is no Job security., Very Biased Management including HR team. We do so much hard work also there is no recognition, even when you are sick they will make you work, simply put blames and make you loose your job. Growth is slow, only those employees with managerial references are liked by management are given promotions than other employees.

One of the best organization that I have been working so far. Apart from salary being low to the standard pay in the market, everything else is good from working, learning, growth and work life balance.

Company work culture and can maintain work life balance and hybrid work policy and as usual three social cultural events per year

Recently seen many politricks when comes to promotion and nothing to learn much about work and it's straight forward process

There is nothing to like just worst company with lots of office politics

The useless people are promoted to lead position even though they don't know about the process and projects. This is the first company I ever experience with worst management with no job security.

Good colleagues and work is not hectic

Dislikes

No recognition of work, only criticism. Worst behaviour by manager. No strict HR. Team leads can say whatever they want and get away with it. No cab facility. No flexible timing. No flexible work from home. Leaves are not granted. Probation is delayed for no reason.
