No any job security,site work culture changed Site wise ,accommodations free but food is sharing .medical Policy is there but not employees user friendly claims .

Management doesn’t address our issues.salary is 3 months once u getting .no any carrier growth..after resigning u didn’t get ful settlements but they give salary slip only ,not given salary lot of employees suffer this issue even they I’ll apply proper resigning..very terrible situation..,

Senior people who are working from last many year are very good.They work as a team.

The worst issue I have faced here is Salary issue . They are not going to pay salary at the right time and will keep late for 3-4 months . I have resigned from the company by just working 5 month and they have holded my salary for last 3 month. I was working in etah site and their management was so pathetic that u will feel like u are judged everytime. I am sorry if my manager read this but I am going to blame those people for whom the sites of neo is facing loss and Head office management is trying to recover the loss from staff and labour( Pf) salary.

The company is good in construction field,as well as mechanical engineering, the growth of the salary is good, it has branches at most of cities in india, working at neo structo was excellent, the team mates are good and well qualified and they teach us in friendly manner, salary was good and they hike the salary every year.
