NIPS is a good school for new teachers. it's a nice place for learning.Principal is very nice lady and very cooperative . All the staff members are very good, cooperative and friendly. School give a very good opportunity for new learners.

Dislikes

The most disappointing thing is they hold first one month salary as a security deposit and even after next month you will not get the salary on month end or next month starting days but they will give you salary around 15, means after 1.5 months work you'll get one month salary. And if you'll leave the school in mid year they'll not give the salary of 1.5 month to you.

There was teachers very cooperative. Before the pandemic I left my job because I was on the leave vacation so that I didn't face this situation.

Dislikes

it was a good experience and I learnt lot from their staff.

terrible school with lowest work ethics, unprofessional staff, high performer staff in office politics and underpaid staff with nil growth oppurtunity including zero job security.

Dislikes

unprofessional and least educated staff playing politics against performing people.
