If you are a fresher, then it's a very good company for you to learn since you will be learning with escalations and your manager's scolding because you will not be provided with any KT. Also, you have a lot of growth opportunities if you become a lapdog, the talent here counts on the basis of your ability to please your manager. There is a job security because no one really wish to enter this organization, and they cannot fire you.

... the company policies are bound to change from bay to bay or manager to manager. They will be willing to increase your scope of work but would not be willing to increase your salary and if you ask them then they will treat you as someone who did some kind of treasury. There is strict WFO but if they want you then even if you are sick and they have no one to work they will give you WFH very easily but if you require because of your illness then they won't be giving it to you, double standard huh? The middle management sucks, a lot of people have left the project, but the upper management doesn't give a damn as the middle management is licking their boots for the past 10 years.

Nothing much to say i liked working here. If you want to enjoy your life with low salary and lenient infrastructure, you could join this company and enjoy your presence🙂

...k in this community. You'll be mistreated even though you work for your ability. Never give any compensation or try hard to avoid the salary hike or revision for the employees

Good for freshers, one can learn a lot after coming out of college but career growth and good compensation won't be possible here.

No good compensation, none employee benefits, career growth isn't possible. Some members are really partial and biased, favouritism.

Learning opportunity is good. But toxic environment. Seniors only promote and give credit to their favourite employees. Not a very inclusive environment if you are not from their part of the country. They will keep talking in their regional language in the important meetings excluding people who are from other parts of India.

It’s an excellent place for freshers to start their careers. -Skill Development - Personality Development - Confidence Building -Pressure Resilience -Excellent Exposure -Multiple Projects to gain Valuable Experience -Year Round Entertainment Events During the pandemic, the company rehired former employees who were unemployed ensuring every home had food and no one suffered due to unemployment. A commendable initiative!

There were significant drawbacks as well. - No Work Life Balance - Very Low Salary Despite the company’s good intentions, some detrimental individuals in high positions create a toxic work culture. While the leadership team is smart, kind and capable of recognising talent, the combination of low salaries and long working hours leaves employees demotivated and hampers their productivity.
