Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing to like..it's a Babu Company where only relatives are hired and given preference. The CEO is the dumbest person and the HR wears torn clothes to office.And only talks about food.The entire family is a bunch of jokers

Nothing such we can like in this company.

Everything we dislike. Every day TL comes in the office at any time of the day, he comes drunken and misbehave with the staff and use bad words, and discuss only politics in the office all the time, and will never provide any training for new comers, will have to learn your self, Please don't join this company as management also not interested about the complaints and no strict actions taken.
