There is no job security.you can be fired at any time and you will be judged on other colleagues opinion.There is no work culture what ever you share with any one directly reaches to employer, environment of revenge.

Dislikes

Work culture was pathetic because the employer had said 2-3 colleagues among us to pass on the information and you will be provided benefits like increment, higher position etc. and because of this trust issues were there. When I left the company , by the employer agreement I was not provided experience letter, wrote e-mail contacted by phone, wrote review on their website, nothing happened. I hope this may help many job seekers to get a better work place than this.
