...erms of job security but at present, I see no job security in this organization. It was giving huge preference for freshers at present and the pay is very less for seniors comparing with other organizations of similar standard. Work-life balance was good and you get to know a lot of best practices we need to follow in SDLC. Overall it was a good experience working with NCR. I recoomend to choose this company with out any doubt if you offered a good pay .

...collaboration was top notch and I never get the feeling like I am working alone. The only one dislike was in terms of Job security, recent layoffs, less pay to compare to other companies of the same standard.

False aspire promise, after promotion you will get same salary as last designation. Too bad politics, and communism on base of your religion if you are non muslim no point to be in NCR GHD, and worst transport facilities

Low increment, local management very poor and leg pulling mentality specially bihar Patna, No one want to grow in his personal and professional life.very disgusting. Company want from employees to give his 24 hour to his company only that why they provide own mobile every time they want to engage in his gadget so that employees never free from his mind to think other things.

NCR is production company., So if you have join the company you are MANPOWER category and salary was good because of your work, and cmpy also providing shift wise food. Good and Nice Atmosphere 💚
