I really liked working in NCR - the facility I got in NCR is not available in any other company

In NCR I worked in Contract where Manpower was used to pay special respect to Employes we work many times more than what they do but all the benefits that the company can give only goes to Employes including Salary

Work pressure is low compared to other companies.

Dislikes

Most of the people works in third party contract role for same salary,it is the only drawback.They will not make you permanent,unless otherwise you are referred by managers or some high level staffs.

It's overall a good company for each and every who is ready to work in NCR. Work-life balance with good salary packaging and with flexible working hours which helps the employee to spend some quality time with family

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Slary is but career growth is slow.

False aspire promise, after promotion you will get same salary as last designation. Too bad politics, and communism on base of your religion if you are non muslim no point to be in NCR GHD, and worst transport facilities
