Low increment, local management very poor and leg pulling mentality specially bihar Patna, No one want to grow in his personal and professional life.very disgusting. Company want from employees to give his 24 hour to his company only that why they provide own mobile every time they want to engage in his gadget so that employees never free from his mind to think other things.

NCR is a perfect MNC for any starter to step into the world of corporate. The company has got a very good work culture and guarantees you the job unless you decide to leave it. Everyone is friendly here, and this makes you feel at home.

Dislikes

...difficult to grow up from an entry level job since the opportunities are less. Compensation need to hiked up. Compensation given to the lower rung of the structure is very meager.

Working environment is average. But the company is very dedicated to its employees. Salary are on time and yearly bonus are also given.

Dislikes

Lot of political issues in the company. The basic salary is very less and the Salary hike is also not good. There are some TL who dosent know proper English and just with the support of some senior person they have become TL and are very torturing.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

LOCATION SHIFTING , NO WORK BALANCE , TL OVER PRESSURE, INTERNAL POLITICS , ONLY ABOUT KERALA TEAM Prevalent internal politics within the team particularly from the Assistant-manager and Team-leader.Their actions have created a toxic work environment where personal relationships and favouritism outweigh merit and professionalism.
