...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nothing to like about here. Horrible work culture. No value for employees. No hikes. No technical skills required. Just service desk work given to technical employees too.

No hike. Do not keep any promises they make. No project stays with NCR. most project replace NCR within 2-3 years due to rubbish management

Amazing impressive work culture, I'm pretty satisfied with the Job responsibility Thanks for this great environment. Highly recommended anyone be a part of this great success. Love working there 5 years I love the job and my fellow techs there. But that's life and I've gone on to bigger and better things

...are very helpful everyday & everytime. There is career growth because it is MNC. Salary is also good no barrier for good employees/aspirants. Work Environment is also good because everyone is helpful in nature and supportive.

As I was a customer service engineer I had to go to field and solve out the problems so there was too much traveling. I had to go one city to another/town to town so there was having little bit problems regarding traveling and that's why I couldn't maintain the balance between job & life. But Overall I can say that Company's Culture is very Good Enough for our job growth & Even for better life because there you can learn very much things as there are vast number of Company's products & services.

... new u have no place to stand if ur need is finished u will ask to put paper.... Even managers and colleagues are playing game they hire thier reference people for the reference bonuses as reference bonus are hi there and then they give excuses to employees for performance etc and ask to put paper
