Horrible Work life balance....pathetic staff, office affairs, bad behaviour by co workers... accessories manager jetandra and his bootlicker Sagar are worst person you will encounter with....will make fun of people, verbally abuse with bad words staff and customers, checkout women's and do illegal buisness of selling duplicate accesories to customers.

It's totally good for me. Supportive teammates & management. HR & Admin dept also supportive. Company policies also good. And in this pandemic situation they take care of each and every dept. And also keep showroom and back office clean and totally santize 2-3 times in a day

There is no salary hike and appraisals from last two years. But I hope next year surely I get appraisals n good salary hike.

No value to sincere employee. Lack of belief on employee. Frequent changes in policies as per oweners decision without taking employees, higher management in confidence. Internal politics and favorism ruining the company.

The CRM Mrs. Niharika Singh is an ill mannered and a terrible person, she doesn't respect people in her department and even is rude to Bmw customers. She mentally tortures the people who are not friends with her. The Gm is also is supporting her in her actions. I wouldn't recommend anyone to be working in CR dept Andheri.
