its a growing start and 24*7 hiring is onn, But I think all time hiring is a sign of bad company

...s very bad. 2.no events, no bonus, no any celebration on work you have to do. 3.Dont believe they are going to increase your salary. they lies after at the time of increment that your performance is not good. 4.policies are not there, they make the policies on the road and its always sad news for employees . 5.They even dont have exit policy. 6.all the load are given to freshers and I am not Lying there is no single senior to guide. and at the time of deployment all the load is on freshers whose even dont know how to do it and no one is there for guidance. The manager also runs to home and freshers have to work over night. and I want to tell you every 3rd or 4th day is deployment, so you can imagine. 2 overnight in week. 7.last point I would like to add 24*7 hiring is a Bad sign of a company.
