After working 3+ years I could conclude that this is a good place to work. Only drawback would be pay it is way less than the market standard but they will compensate that with work life balance and with the number of leaves. In short this is a good place for female colleagues to work

I love working in RBS as anyother organization it has its own pros and crons. Still its a best company to start your career journey with a good salary package.

Dislikes

Again it depends on which Team you fall and who is your manager/head. Sometimes its bit difficult to have work life balance

Even though the salary is pretty decent, career growth is very slow. And most of the teams work in night shifts.
