There is a lot of politics in this organization . Salary is very poor. There is a bond of 2 years and notice period of 3 months . No job training is given . You can get promoted or get good appraisal only if you know politics and know how to steal credit of junior level employees . Won't recommend to anyone looking for a technical level role in this organization.

No sat sun , no overtime pay and pay for working on holiday. And almost every sat sun some task is pending. Overall very bad company for work life balance , they expect us to work for 12-16 hrs every day + sat sun.

... guys which is already here from their fresher time having advantage over you. The package of the same experience guy in the company who is working from long time back will be far better then the lateral joinee. Appraisal policy is like outdated. They are having bell curved approach.
