I m like nsic working policy, nsic working verious schemes but I like couple of policy 1 . Single Point Registration Scheme,(SPRS) Schemes, because my selection this policy base and my master this policy because I have woke from last 6 years this policy. 2. Nsic Exhibition Scheme,this scheme is my favorite one because nsic Exhibition Scheme is running all over India state.

...oyee therd party payroll, nsic should have selection employees on nsic payroll. That is reason for not increasing the salary for 3rd party payroll.

I love the culture of NSIC. What I really like is in this one company there is many more thing to learn like it provide training, testing, GP, Bank guarantee, some account related work and many more thing to know.

Job Security and salary these two are important things that is not here. Here the salary that temporary worker get is really very low.

the open is open to innoovation and readidy adopts technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow; The work pressure is very high. some time i have work 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have do attend client calls in the evening and some times late into the night.

I like Senior support everytime and still after leaving job also that's a very good parts of Humanity of NSIC at branch level Nagpur branch

Head office Rules and Regulations and Their Inhumanity towards our Job last 13 years

Least concerned about the human resource, whether the die or live..least concerned. Copying the guidelines of other PSU and implement those in haphazard manner. Ignoring employees plight and self centred attitude of seniors is the USP of this organisation. They have done nothing and never think of the word SUPPORT from the management of this PSU

Dislikes

Ignoring attitude of management/seniors, Self Centeric attitude, no transparency in policies, office politics are major dislikes in this organisation
