My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Job security, Company Policies which are easy to follow for example education policy for those wishing to upgrade in there studies. The work culture helps new employees fit in well in the bank whilst the management style ensures succession plan is place.

Dislikes

I wouldn't say there are any dislikes about working for NATSAVE bank. For the years I have been working for the bank, I have had alot of interesting training policies which ensures you become well prepared in taking up any role in any department.

The Bank is owned by the Zambian Government It's work culture is conducive, management style is ok with its company policies not fully being followed. The bank is yet to reach its full potential because of alot of political influence.

Dislikes

The institution succession plan has been poorly planed as it fails to identify staff who are eligible to take up certain positions.
