because of unskilled regular staff i learned a lot by doing there works.
Dislikes
everybody join any organisation for beater opportunity/ beater carer growth, but there is no chance to get one of theme. most of the regular staff are not doing anything, people like us are done most of the work without any recognition, administration of NILD is most unprofessional and unskilled i ever seen in may career.
As trainee it was a excellent experience.. I feel proud that I am helped the disabled people in guiding them in a right pathways.. I myself a Cerebal Palsy Candidate, but I didn't feel my disability will hamper my job in future.. If I get the opportunity to any of my preferrable job, I can assure respected recruiters that I will prove myself a better employee..
