Delay in salaries. Salary deduction @ 2.5 days for 1 day leave. No assurance to the pay package. Extra / late working hours after closure. Extreme delay in releasing incentives. Lack of cooperation with staff.

I am given the opportunity to handle my area/work/region entirely and the complete delegation is given to me which gave me a sense of entrepreneurship and responsibility. It's like an all-round development.

the company should improve grievance redressal systems with more communication and discussion with staff

The job delegation is excellent. One feels himself like an entrepreneur while working. The work culture is very transparent. Honesty, punctuality and responsibility are three aces that company rewards very often. The company policies are very consistent and gives fair & just opportunities to grow. Soft skills development programs are very frequent and the management keenly desires to develop communication skills thru imparting, sharing, training activities. Good place to work at. Neat, clean and hygiene rest rooms. Spacious and well equipped work stations.

Dislikes

The school like discipline make sometimes work atmosphere very strict. Rest all is fine.
