...o if you work hard for company then they will surely appreciate your afforts. As a salary wise this company give high pay scale as surat wise and if you put some extra afford you got bonus also sometime. So my overall experience about narola is good and if you are fresher then this is the best company for you.

It's very friendly about their employees or some culture activities and work life balance.

Dislikes

Good team building activity.

Dislikes

The HR here consider themselves the boss of the company. The policy are very biased towards management they make sure to exploit there employee in every way possible . The Manager and team leader are very toxic and non suppotive.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
