Canteen facility. Bus transportation not available for DET's. To promot DET's to staff is very time consuming process.

Good work life balance. Good work culture. Supporting team. Good Inter department coordination.

Future of the FI system is unclear. Only single customer. Less scope for mechanical Design. Few trainings. Scope for personal growth is less.

Likes

Best thing about this organisation is having educated people running the show. Strong technical aspects with method to speak to juniors even during pressure situations. No cursing or abusive language. Direct deals with OEMs and futuristic approach to let the organisation grow.

Dislikes

The show is run on numbers and not on efforts. Few times, Impractical approach to solve crisis situations. Blue collar manpower retention policy poor with no vision.

I personally like nothing. As I like to ensure things go on track and take responsibility. But yes if you know how to feed people's ego and make them happy them you will have very good time working here. You can also get good increment and promotions.

Dislikes

No work culture. No professionalism. No system and standard rules/procedure is followed. Time pass attitude is promoted. No program for employee moral and employee development.
