Colleagues were helpful and were of very good nature but the management overall is terrible.

No appraisal process , every two year the company has a new owner , management changes quite frequently and no proper interaction of employees with HR or managers

Company is just struggling to survive now. Already been sold twice and low on budget. There was no increment for whole year in 2016-2017. The increment before was maximum 10 percent. India office is just a data entry office now. Dubai office is full of politocs and reffrals working without knowledge, work exp and skills.

Being an ecommerce company, Namshi has given me various opportunities to work with all business functions and management to explore innovative ideas by having an out of the box thinking. if someone really wants to do something different then work in an e commerce company to develop all round knowledge.

Dislikes

Its an individual perspective, for me working under pressure and taking new challenges always motivates me and I am always thrilled to do something new. So for me all is fine and I am super happy working in the company.
