good company to work with, great opportunity to learn as every project is unique you will neer get bored, Good salary Structure, Sometimes salaries are late by day or 2 but mostly in between 5 to 10 of calendar dates. Managment is encouraging in terms of training and learning, strict in terms of work deliverance.

Sometimes have to work overtime as work load is always there.

If you're considering an HSE role here, I strongly advise don't go there. The work culture is extremely poor, with unprofessional management and HR frequently changing policies without notice. The HSE Manager holds the title in name only, as the role primarily involves administrative work with little to no focus on actual safety responsibilities. Make sure to thoroughly inquire before joining.
