Until 2013, working in QGTC was quite good. But in 2014 we got new management in IT who just believed in downsizing and optimization. In one JV, NKOM, whole Application Team were fired without giving any reason whatsoever. Then they started camaflugaing by hiring consultants as outsource just to deceive Ministry and people under the garb of nationalization as outsource were not counted as employees. Too much favouritism were happening. Project crucial for Nakilat like SRM and TRM could not see light of day even when Wipro consultant that time spent lots of effort. Every one is trying to do optimization without having proper solution in place.
