Worked in this company for 3years joined as a management trainee(at that time already 2yrs I was worked for the fmcg industry) and they took me for M.T and after 1yr they promoted me to sales officer. The company is good, a lot of things I have learned from NCL, now I have those learned things' I am Applying to the NCL Competitors company, to achieve my targets. colleagues and mentors are like your friends, excellent place to work, even Higher official's JMD, Business Head, V.P, G.M they all treat you and guide you as like you are the family member. Everything is good except salary😤, for executive-level people they only pay you 17k-20k, for new comers (M.T) for them, they only pay 15k. The company is good for managers level people, packages are good for them. If anyone who is having experience in the building material industry for those people(managers or above level people) this company is best place to work.

Dislikes

Salary package. If anyone from NCL HR is reading my comment, please show this feedback to your higher officials, your executives are literally put more effort in market, if you give them good salaries.

Everything is good work satisfaction life balance everything, will learn a lot from seniors, Management will gives support to developer internally

No that much as we need to give support by 24/7. For fresher the salary is okay but no health or medical insurance

1.Worst management 2.Policies are not good. 3.Bond for freshers 4.They will discuss the imp policy in washroom 5.No health insurance 6.24/7 we need to give support 7.Main thing is atleast they will not communicate in English 8.Finally,there respect and value for the employee that's why employees will join based on brand and then they will resign and go for other organisation. 9.Manager will not work they simply came to ofc to watch YouTube videos because they are managers

I don't like this company culture no promotions and no growth in career and no salary hikes properly. Employee working analysis very poor ,even though have strength and potential in subject .here managers respect such kind of people telling gossips stories ,those have face here.otherwise they don't care about perfection at work.

Good working environment better salary not expect more and very good learning and definitely getting hands on experience in NCL industries .

There no bond every one can do a job with their interest, good management everyone can get the training when they came to as fresher after they got a good position with their skills.
