Management in some department(s) is not good and we can't give our views and points to them always. Everytime just listen to them and don't raise your voice on any matter

On time salary and give the benefits like pf and annual bonus.

There is no job security like they can fire you any time. No work life balance. No support from lead or manager. No encouragement for the developers even after good work.

Pro : Good work culture with flexible timing and remote work availability. Team mates are also supportive.

...echnology. No job security, they can fire you anytime just over a call from HR. Compensation is not good for experienced people's.

Hire and Fire culture No solid interview process CEO is useless. Doesnt have a vision. Always confused. Too many products but not a single one is useful. ESOP is a scam. Engineering team is as good as CEO Massive layoffs No increase in revenue not even a single rupee in last 3 yrs Infact losing money every month.

Work from home culture and collective feedback from colleagues to CEO to improve efficiency.

...b Security, Didn't pay the compensation amount for laying off within 30 minutes. Paying only a month salary. Saying they are in loss although they made double the profit than the previous year.
