Salary increment & Promotion. Despite working at MCSL for the past 5 years, some senior staff is receiving the an equal or lower salary compared to the salary given to the new joiners, despite having the same work role. No work life balance. Requires to Work till midnight is an usual act.

Lot of paper work And no increments career growth is slow People If ur young don't join if ur age is 45 and still u want to work then go head perfect job for those people and they will never address our issue TPP will be biggest enemy Lot of politics very poor in digitalization ,long process if get into MPG just u will feel like ur still in 1990's

MPG is really a good company ,they provide very good training,100%job security, low chances of career growth, salary/appraisal is very low, work environment is very good, balnaced work life, it is good for fresher and married woman.

It is a looter company. The hierarchy is ill qualified. The Gold of public is auctioned on paper only, otherwise it is taken by the company to grease its palms.

...ff members. Training below zero, job security NIL, career growth almost nil. Salary hopeless and so on.

Very less pay and compensation, except that Orion application team all other team members are good, for biotechnology students they normally give software engineer roles, for M. Tech graduates they use to give support role in non technical side, because their standards are like that, substandard company in technopark trivandrum
