Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

More opportunities in terms of profession.Currently am working as Assistant manager in finance.But I like to lead a team in terms of new project and to share my views and like to debate in case of any discribancy.Here am at all restricted on finance team , am able to participate on operational activities and even some times in HR as well.So the kind of participation in all levels of the organisation.Also the support which am getting to enhance my education is massive.

Am almost fully committed to the company.As am handling most imp areas like statutory , am not able to get leave even the holidays as well.So I miss my personal life most of the time.Even I did not have taken the the eligible leave on stable basis till now from the date of joining.Still I enjoy the atmosphere in this organisation.
