In this company no one cares about your problems Special HR department useless Your salary is not fixed If your salary is deducted without any reason Please don't join this company . Even there's senior are not supportive. They don't give you proper training. If you make any type of little or big then kick you out from the company. And last they don't give your documents on time. They force you to do extra work and they don't pay easily for that work. Some time you work extra ant you don't get any extra pay or extra leave. They don't accept your leave 😔😔.

There is just politics in company and nothing else, no career growth, poor salary, no job training provided just they want production any how, we employees don't get leave when we ask from Department HOD, Very poor Work culture & dirty environment, So much pollution due dry turning of cast iron and trust there is no future growth in this company

Firstly I like teaming to work.and in this I learned more about working process and about cnc and vmc machine and how to manage the work and Target achieve.travelling facility are good.

The salary is not so Good,and there are more politics so that the work environment is effected.etc.

...not well educated so they abused to junior staff even managers ,engineers also . Main thing is salary b tech freshers get only 8000 K and there is no surety of annual increament . Overall it is worst of the worst company .No policy for carrier orientation and apraisel is specially for below mangers.
