People who are seniors , they pressurise you based on your abilities and become competitive instead of supporting you. And never make changes in their shifts at all. If u want to lose ur confidence as a medico. You are welcome. Very rude and unprofessional freaks work as administrative staff. They will always blame you if you are overachiever. Will never get support from seniors at all.. and public shaming is always there.

Patients are cooperative and they have real life issues which need to be navigated through psychologist help. It gives a lot of sense of worth and satisfaction.

Dislikes

A lot of politics and nonsense happens here. Especially reception area, Lab and nursing. If you don't please people here you won't be able to survive in the job. The boss there has double standard and favouritism.

MOC is good overall . But Branch of MOC in Nagpur is worst due to pressurized environment

No job guarantee when everything goes in hand of consultant. Total pressure environment maintained by consultant at Nagpur branch. Actually decision to remove an employee should be in hands of corporate office Mumbai. But here whole rights are given to consultant.
